Warranty / T&C's

Your satisfaction and appreciation for your jewellery is our priority and we will use our best endeavours to make sure you love your piece.

All Sila jewellery is organic. Variations in the texture and design enhance the individuality of the piece and adds character to the item. Many items are hand finished. Variations are a normal part of the design process to create the items authenticity and are not a product fault.

We urge you to take care of your jewellery. Gold and silver are natural elements. Ware and tear will not be covered under warranty. Only a manufacturing fault will be covered under warranty and limited to the item being repaired and in some circumstances replaced where applicable. Sila jewellery reserves the sole right and discretion to repair or replace.

Our jewellery is meant to be adorned and with that comes natural wear and tear. Re-polishing from time to time is necessary to maintain and ensure the natural lustre of your piece. Sila jewellery offers a polishing service to maintain your piece. (Service fees apply).

Orders are dispatched and can be tracked through third party courier services so you can keep an eye on your delivery. It is a condition of sale that Sila Jewellery is indemnified for any and all losses or damages incurred by third party couriers. Should an item get damaged or become lost in transit, Sila Jewellery will use its best endeavours to try and assist in tracing your order but will ultimately not be accountable for any resulting losses or damages incurred. Sila Jewellery does offer or insure goods in transit. 

We do not accept any exchanges or returns for "change of mind". Please keep this in mind when purchasing your piece.

Payment

All online orders will require payment in full in advance prior to executing the preparation or delivery of your order.  

Payments for bespoke pieces can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. 

Any Bespoke or custom orders will require a 50% deposit prior to the commencement of any work. Final payment of the balance due will be required at least 48 hours prior to collection or dispatch of your jewellery order.

Sizing

Please refer to our size guide in order to accurately determine the correct size requirement of your piece. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct ring size on your order to avoid disappointment. A sizing service fee will apply for additional resizing work required.
